Au Revoir Les Infants

It's that time again.  I'm not sure what to do with myself...I'm waiting for some burst of energy to kick in.  Maybe getting off the computer is the first step.  I hope little guy enjoys his first day of kindergarten; I'm still bitter it's a full day.  Good thing he's been at camp most of the summer to prepare him a bit.  Looking at this picture I realize the days of  "dressing" them are over. Nicholas has been telling me for a week he's not wearing something nice, and Mitchell insisted on wearing the shirt he slept in (I ironed it to make myself feel better).  At least Natalie will still let me put a bow in her hair.  Well..up and at 'em I guess!

I just went throught the same thing yesterday. My daughter will go to school in 2 weeks, so I get to do it all over again. Your kids are so cute. I love the pics and I know what you mean by the days of dressing them are over. Even my 3 year old wants to dress herself-and she gets pretty creative.

They look SO cute and I love your hot pink door in the background, not to mention the title of your post (I remember that movie).

Cute little kids are growing up!

And I see that Nicholas is a 'troll. Our belts were bright oranage back in the day...

Not sure what color oranage is, but it sounds scary.

That brings back great memories. Back in the day when i was in elementary and kicked everyone's butt in everything!! Fastest runner, Furthest kicker in kickball, and the list goes on and on. I was basically Michael Phelps status back then. Now? More like Michael Bolton.......Sadness:(

Cute pictures though!! Tell them good luck!!!

They are so cute! How fun for them to start school and be at the same school together!

I hope you kids have a great school year!
