Tulip Tree
(for Grandma)

When Jill, Jayne, and I were driving around Florida with Grandma and Daryl, Grandma was on the hunt for a special tree she wanted to show us. She called it a Tulip Tree. When we finally found one I realized I had one of my own. Here it is in bloom.

Just a fun Spring day trying to fly a kite in -20 mph wind. Doesn't matter how many times you say it... they don't listen. The kite finally succumbed. Death by dragging.

Here's Camille in the dress her mother made. Days before, I was hunting for some fabric piece in the attic, when I came across this sad little rag. Stuffed in the drawer years before, since I simply didn't have the drive to hem it. She didn't care, sweet little lady. She wore it proud.

Picture perfect.
