In Heavenly Peace
My life has been so full, but I don't remember ever feeling such calm. I stayed home from church today; I guess it just sounded inviting to be alone in a still house. I figured I'd sneak in a nap, but my mind is busy though my eyes are burning. I can't remember a more peaceful time than this past month, nor can I remember a busier one. I'm still trying to make sense of that. Usually, it's the busy that buries. All I can conclude, is I'm floating in the wake of that play. I entered this season with perspective and love, and the quiet I have felt is remarkable. I have many events to write about and reminisce upon, but for now I am content to say I know Jesus Christ is the calm of Christmas, and within this awareness, His peace prevails.

Good post. True true. Like that pic. No wonder you answered my text during church hours.
Great post. Same exact way I would describe my Christmas as well!
Must be a family thing. This is how I would describe my Christmas season. Full of unexpected, overflowing love. Aunt Nancy
I so WISH I could express myself the way you do. :)
Grateful for that peace you speak of. :)
