Daddy Corpse

The call went something like this:

Me: I'm getting the kids ready for pictures so don't paint your face. Got it.

Nick: Don't paint my face

Me: Right. Don't paint it.

This is the face we are greeted by.
Me: NICK! I said don't paint your face!

Nick: You did? I thought you said don't wear your mask.

(think about that for a sec)

Sorry, "Fro", in my humble opinion, painting the face was the best thing to do. Fits perfectly with the event and its setting. Aunt Nancy

That conversation was such a crack-up. It all worked out, cause I just loved the pictures.

It looks great! I think he should do that for all your family pics!! haha! j/k! I agree with everyone else, it fits perfectly with the theme. What would be cooler is if the Haunted Bus was not behind you and you could make up a story about how you married a dead corpse and these are your children. Kind of like the whole Twilight thing. eh? eh? We could make MILLIONS!! -Suzanne

Great idea Suzanne! You should definitely get started on that twisted story. I love the pic's!! Nick looks fabulous! I think it makes a typical picture anything but... John and Kelley and kids look darling!!! As of course do the bro-in-laws!

I love that he painted his face AFTER you asked him not too. :)

The pictures are all so fun!
I love your neice and nephews all dressed in baby blues.. so cute!

The picture of Camille snuggling into Nick as a corpse is too funny!

Wish I was there to " enter the forest"...

Hi Jennifer! What great pictures! Calvin is bound and determined to make it to your haunted house at some point (although I'm not sure the rest of us are brave enough to follow suit). :) Hope you guys are doing well!

I would love to take my family to see your AWESOME Haunted Forest. We don't have anything like that where I am from.

The photos of your family are amazing as usual Daddy Corpse and all!

BTW...my hubby has his idea for next years costume...Daddy Corpse. Nicks make-up is incredible. Right down to the maggots on the face.

You and your hubbys talent always amaze me! I hope you and your family had a FUN Halloween and I hope you are having a great week as well!

I have to agree with your Aunt Nancy...Nicks face still looks handsome even painted as a corpse.

This reminds me of the Sesame Street song "which of these things is not like the other"! Typical man though to do exactly what you asked him not to. Despite that though, I think the pics turned out really good. You have such a cute family!

I've gotta say--I think those family pictures turned out perfect with Nick all decked out. Just wouldn't seem right any other way... ;)
